Wow! It looks like this extra supports Xoom, where you can get 11 Megabytes of webspace for free! But it does have that annoying bar; it's not as bad as pop ups or banners, but still... I personally recommend Areal City and RedRival for free webspace, and of course Edoropolis For SPC pages.
