The page is set up as follows (Sections in parentheses aren't always there):
Name: If the name is in quotation marks, it was called by that name in the show. Otherwise it's just a descriptive name.
Size: Tells whether it was a gigantic or a normal sized monster.
Voice: Tells if the monster speaks or not. (RealAudio sound file here if it speaks)

Destroyed by: No, it's not always just Speedy's Magical Ginzu Sword. It tells extra details (such as if was softened up beforehand) as well.
The evil plot: Tells about the monster's part in the Big Cheese's evil plot.
