Destroyed by: After cutting them only made more of them the Pizza Cats called for help and Spritz came an washed them away with seawater which short-circuted them and blew their fusions. Then Speedy blasted them with his Ginzu Sword because it's in his contract.

The evil plot: The Big Cheese planned to use the nuclear potato to defeat the Pizza Cats and destroy the city. Bad Bird also had plans of his own to use the potato to defeat the Pizza Cats and then double cross the Big Cheese so that he would be the only star of the show.
