The evil plot: The Big Cheese had to get an Emperor Fred look-alike to the palace to question if Emperor Fred was really the Emperor so he(the Big Cheese) could control the look-alike and gain power. The palanquin robot was used as a decoy to delay the Pizza Cats, while Bad Bird carried the real fake emperor to the Palace.
