The KNT are exactly the same as the SPC, well not exactly but the SPC derived from the KNT show the difference was that certain episodes weren`t shown in either America UK or Japan and the cats have different attitudes and there is a major plot line change.

In the SPC Both guido and Speedy chase after Lucille for most the series until the last episode where Speedy goes for Polly.

In the KNT Whilst both Speedy and Guido flirt with Lucille , speedy relationship with polly is appart from the start.
